Thursday, November 16, 2006Anger Management Quiz!
This has nothing to do with the film itself. I think the movie sucked. Jack Nicholson was real sick.
Survey time for my psychology. How do people manage their anger? Do they have long or short fuses? I asked Quinn first, mild mannered and introverted man. He was talking with me on the phone so this has some personal touch. Tues, August 8, 0800pm.
“I donno. I think I have a quick temper,” he told me in a humored way. “Let’s see. Examples, do you need?”
“Yep. It’s for a survey, has a why part.”
“I was mad at the sheriff for wanting to arrest me. Did you read that part of my autobiography? (I said no sorry) Aw. I was accused of wanting to waste police time, so he wanted to arrest me for babbling nonsense. I was telling the truth about some trespassers. It was before Petronia took my life. I stood up and dared him to put the handcuffs. He was freaked out.”
I gasped. “That’s- really scary. Didn’t know… I thought you are soft.”
Quinn smiled over the phone. He changed his guffawing into a cough. “I’m evil, I have the capability in me. I disregard orders, Krys… I was always running the place. If my nanny didn’t spank me, I’d be Brattie too. ”
“Really? So funny. Great answer.( I scribbled these down) Um, wanna talk to me some more? I like your voice. And you’re not evil,”
“Thanks. I don’t want you to see that side of me yet, friend. I wanna show you a Near perfect halo-angel. (I giggled) Do you like going out with us? Me and Mona?”
“Yes. With you, and Mona.”
He sounded mischevious. “Why do you wait awhile before my wife’s name? Don’t like her?”
I blushed. Quinn was polite, and this time was no exception. Did I detect danger in his tone? “Er… no. I mean yes I like Mona Mayfair.”
Quinn stayed silent. Then he continued, “It is okay to be honest. Don’t worry. (to my relief and surprise) I want to have a chance personally with you, but she always wants to tag along. When I say I’m going out and mention female names, she gets jealous. Tell me, you jealous easily?”
“Yea. When Stat is cooing over a woman I wish I could be her. Sigh.
Pause before I went on," They don’t love him, but he wants to kid around. Girls’psyche. You know. I don’t like them, Q.”
“Yep. What other questions? Hope I don’t need to give my address. My email is alright. Just write the one I have with msn.”
The other questions were true false, the long or short fuse one: “Definitely short. I don’t yell, but I become emotional quickly. Not as bad as my wife.”
“Thank you, pal. There is a reward for the people taking part. A lucky draw.” I wrapped up the conversation after another ½ hour. Quinn said he would meet me, alone this time.
I hoped so. Some things I couldn’t discuss with Mona. I did not want to discuss my obsession with gaming and boysih activities with her for she wuld become agitated.
Armand was alright doing my survey. He was supervised by my protective guardian. Lestat has a horrible and short temper. “Really? Endless patience, Ar?”
“Yes. I didn’t scream at you, mon diable. Be thankful,” Armand flicked at him and wrote down his answers neatly.
Yea yea. I bet he pushes people off towers and stairs. Now the inthing is to send spam into emails. Lestat said spitefully.
Don’t be evil.
I am right, cherie. Inside he is scheming. I Know him. Practically a childhood acquaintance.
Who do you dislike most? A bonus question. Armand signed his name as Jaklynn Monroe. Alias are their forte. We laughed at the feminity. Lestat wanted to answer that one. He thought for a while.
Animal poachers, criticize me, so many…. How many can I put? he thought.
“Number them one to five.” I replied. He placed Bullies, fools, poachers, dancing clowns and finally robbers.
He was still troubled after we finished. “Louis, I can’t go look for him. I cannot scan for him,” he murmured.
Negative tone drew me. “I might as well look for you to be my companion. He can’t be relied on. That
Stat wrote up my form nicely with his beautiful print. After rating up the list of hated people, he said, “Cherie Bianca, il n’y a pas de problemes. “
He laughed. “Not gonna say what I did. Haha. Ok, it was just no problems with me. Any more?” I sulked.
“ Why are you like that? I Want to learn. Sounds so cool and.. aristocratic.”
Lestat shrugged. “ Yea what of the language from the sewers, street French, swearing. Like English there’s the vulgate portion. Seriously I can’t talk like a cityboy. I don’t want to give you the wrong values.”
“Weren’t you from bourgeois? I thought you’d be more genteel.”
He was comical, pulled a monster face(slight lift of the big teeth, red lips, large glowing orbs) But I didn’t feel scared. “Princie, I want to learn everything you can help me with. Pleeeeease!”
“I am vulgar my child. Go buy a French grammar book, I can guide you how to pronounce the words. I don’t know how to start without one.”
Later when I asked what was wrong with the bourgeois, I thought they were middle class, he told me sadly,
“Bourgeois are many categories. There are petit bourgeois, aristocratic and a couple more. Not all are that rich. My father bought the Lioncourts the title of marquis but he was actually not one. We were lower than the nobles. Just empty titles, and I never felt like a lord anyway. Why do you think nobles have it so well? We are so unhappy.”
